The RXN key#

When you press Enable trading, your wallet signs an approval of an agent key named “RXN” on Hyperliquid. Hyperliquid lets that key place, change and cancel orders and set leverage — and refuses any withdrawal or transfer it signs. Your wallet stays the only thing that can move money.

  • It lives 1, 3, or 7 days (1 unless you pick another); RXN warns an hour before it ends and signs nothing in its last 2 minutes.
  • It is made in your browser and sealed there with a key the browser will not export; it never leaves your device and RXN’s server never sees it.
  • Turn off trading in the account menu replaces it on Hyperliquid at once.
  • When the Windows app ships, it will keep the sealed key in the system’s own vault.

What RXN can and cannot do#

RXN canRXN can never
Place, change and cancel orders you ask forWithdraw or transfer your money
Keep Guard standing on your positionsHold your money or your wallet’s key
Show your account, read from HyperliquidPlace new orders after you switch the key off or it ends
Charge its fee on Hyperliquid orders up to the ceiling you approvedCharge more than that ceiling on a Hyperliquid order

Withdrawals, deposits and bridges are signed by your own wallet, every time. RXN checks each step of a bridge before your wallet sees it. What RXN checks.

If RXN is down#

Your positions, orders, TWAPs and Guard stops are on Hyperliquid, not on RXN. If rxn.gg stops answering, they stay; open app.hyperliquid.xyz with the same wallet to see and close them. A Guard stop stays where it was, but no longer moves with your margin until RXN is back.

The risks#

RiskWhat it means
LeverageAt 10×, a 10% move against you is your whole margin. Above 20× the ticket asks you to confirm you understand.
LiquidationIf the margin falls to the maintenance level, Hyperliquid closes the position and the margin is lost. On cross margin a loss can draw on your whole account.
GapsStocks keep trading on Hyperliquid when their exchange is closed; at the open, or in a fast market, the price can jump past a stop or Guard.
EventsEarnings, inflation and Fed decisions move prices in seconds. The calendar warns you; it does not forecast.
SlippageA market order fills at the prices in the book; in a thin book the average price can be worse than the one on screen.
FundingHolding a position costs or earns funding every hour; against you it adds up.
HIP-3 venuesMarkets deployed by other teams have their own price sources, collateral and rules; a venue can halt or change a market.
PlatformsYour money is on Hyperliquid; deposits and bridges pass through Relay, Arbitrum and other chains; predictions through AGG and its venues. A fault there is a risk RXN cannot remove.

The full risk disclosure is at rxn.gg/risk; the terms, the privacy policy and every other legal page are at rxn.gg/legal.

Not advice#

RXN is software. Nothing on rxn.gg — the docs, the calendar’s advice on leverage, a chance in Predictions, an agent’s passport, a blog post — is financial advice or a promise of profit. You decide every trade. RXN checks addresses against the OFAC sanctions list before it trades for them; you are responsible for the rules where you live.

RXN is software, not advice. Nothing here promises a profit. Trading perps can lose you more than you expect.
