Fees

What you pay on RXN, who gets it, and when RXN takes nothing. RXN’s fee on Hyperliquid orders goes to one public address, visible on Hyperliquid; on bridges, swaps and AGG buys it is an app fee shown in the quote.

RXN’s fee on trades#

OrderRXN feeOn $10,000
Market, limit (GTC, IOC), stop, TP/SL, close0.02%$2.00
The same on a HIP-3 market in growth mode0.005%$0.50
Post-only placed by Chase or Scale0.01% (never above the market’s rate); what Chase takes at the market at its end pays 0.02%$1.00
Post-only you place yourself0$0
TWAP, trailing stop0$0
Guard’s fillAs a close: 0.02%, or 0.005%$2.00

The builder fee is set on the order, so every fill of it pays, maker or taker: a GTC limit that rests and fills as a maker still pays 0.02%. Only a post-only order you place yourself is sure to pay RXN nothing — it still carries RXN’s mark with a fee of 0, so the volume shows on public dashboards.

Hyperliquid’s fees#

Hyperliquid charges its own trading fee on top: 0.045% for an order that takes and 0.015% for one that rests, at its first volume tier — lower as your own 14-day volume grows. On a HIP-3 market the venue adds its own share on top of Hyperliquid’s; in growth mode Hyperliquid cuts its fee on that market by about 90%. The ticket always shows the fee of the market you are on. Funding is paid between traders, not to RXN.

RXN’s fee on a bridge or swap is part of Relay’s quote: in the token you send, shown as “RXN fee” before you sign.

When RXN takes nothing#

  • Your own post-only orders, TWAP and trailing stops.
  • Every deposit into your Hyperliquid account, and the official withdrawal to Arbitrum.
  • Selling AGG shares.
  • A way out refused because of the fee — a close, TP/SL, Guard or Panic — is sent again without it.
  • While RXN’s builder account holds less than Hyperliquid’s $100 rule requires, orders go without RXN’s fee.

RXN’s builder address#

Every RXN fee on Hyperliquid orders goes to one public address. You approve its ceiling once — 0.05% — and RXN charges less. RXN’s fee on bridges and swaps is a Relay app fee, and on AGG buys an AGG app fee: each is shown in the quote before you sign. Anyone can see every fill and every fee on Hyperliquid’s explorer and in its public builder files, and on DefiLlama.
