How RXN makes money, what it shares, what is live today and what is not, and how a partner or an integrator plugs in. Only numbers the code and public data state.
How RXN earns#
RXN earns fees on what people do through it, and nothing on what they hold. Every fee is set in code or in the deployment and shown before the person signs; fees on Hyperliquid orders go to RXN’s public builder address, bridge and swap fees are Relay app fees, AGG fees are AGG app fees.

Shared out: 25% of the RXN fee to the referrer of each trader for 12 months (up to 40% for ambassadors, by agreement with RXN’s owner), and 30% of the RXN fee of an agent’s runs to its creator, both weekly in USDC. RXN takes nothing on deposits and does not trade against its users.

- Search — every market and chapter with its own page, structured data and a sitemap, in 12 languages.
- Referrals and agent creators — people paid in USDC for the trading they bring.
- Shared PnL cards, the web app and, as it ships, the Telegram bot.
Risks to the model#
RXN’s income rests on rules it does not set: Hyperliquid’s builder fee and its $100 rule, Relay’s and AGG’s app fees, and the markets HIP-3 venues choose to list. Volume moves with the markets; the rules on perps and prediction markets differ by country and can change. RXN publishes no forecasts.
Numbers you can check#
RXN does not publish user counts or forecasts here. What anyone can verify: every fill and fee through RXN’s builder address in Hyperliquid’s public builder files and explorer, and on DefiLlama’s Hyperliquid indexer; the points and leaderboards at rxn.gg; each agent’s passport from fills.
