- You may not use RXN if you are in, a resident of, or incorporated in a jurisdiction listed below, or if you are a sanctioned person.
- The United States (with its territories) and Ontario are excluded from the whole Interface; perps, other derivatives and prediction markets are not offered in the rest of Canada or in the United Kingdom.
- Prediction venues reached through AGG, and Relay, have their own lists; you must meet each one you use.
- Using a VPN or any other way to hide where you are is a breach of the Terms. By using RXN you confirm that none of this applies to you.
1Who may not use RXN
You may not access or use the Interface, and you may not trade through it, if:
- you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of a jurisdiction listed in Sanctioned jurisdictions, or a company incorporated or operating there;
- you are located in, resident in, or incorporated in a jurisdiction listed in Excluded jurisdictions, for the part of the Interface it excludes;
- you are located in, resident in, or incorporated in a jurisdiction listed in Jurisdictions excluded by the venues for the venue you would use;
- you are a Sanctioned Person as defined in the Terms, or act for one; or
- your use would breach the law that applies to you.
2Sanctioned jurisdictions
Countries and regions under sanctions of the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom, or excluded on that ground by the venues RXN connects to, including:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine: Crimea and Sevastopol, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, and the occupied parts of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions
- Russia and Belarus, to the extent sanctions apply to you or to the service — including the European Union’s prohibition of crypto-asset wallet, account and custody services for their nationals and residents
- any other country or region that becomes subject to comprehensive sanctions
Sanctions also restrict particular people, entities and activities in other countries — for example in Myanmar and Venezuela. If such sanctions apply to you, you may not use the Interface.
RXN checks the wallet address used to trade on Hyperliquid against a copy of the U.S. OFAC sanctions list that we update from time to time, and does not serve an address on it. This check does not cover every list or every feature and is no guarantee: you remain responsible for your own eligibility.
3Excluded jurisdictions

4Jurisdictions excluded by the venues
Each venue reached through RXN decides who may use it, and its exclusions apply to you when you use it through RXN. At the time of writing, their published terms exclude at least the following; the venue’s own current terms always prevail, and you must check them before you use it. Because every trade on RXN is executed on Hyperliquid, and every prediction on another venue goes through AGG, their lists apply to almost the whole Interface.

5No circumvention
You may not use a VPN, proxy, another person’s account or wallet, or any other means to make it appear that you are somewhere else, or to get around any restriction on this page.
6What we do
We may block or limit access from particular places, wallets or networks, ask you to confirm where you are, and end access when we believe these restrictions apply — without notice. Not being blocked does not mean you are allowed to use RXN: you remain solely responsible for complying with this page and with your local law, and any use in breach of it is at your own risk.
7Changes
This list may change at any time, in particular when sanctions or the venues’ terms change. The version on this page applies.
