Pontos principais
- RXN is software. It does not execute your orders — Hyperliquid and the other venues you choose do — and it does not hold your funds.
- Your funds stay in your own account on Hyperliquid or in your own wallet — except money you deposit with AGG to trade prediction markets, which AGG holds. RXN uses the key in your browser only to place and cancel orders; Hyperliquid does not let it withdraw.
- Trading perpetual futures, prediction markets and crypto assets can lose you all the money you put in. Read the Risk Disclosure.
- You may not use RXN from a restricted jurisdiction or if you are a sanctioned person, and you may not use a VPN to get around this.
- RXN charges the fees shown before you sign, listed under Fees. Nothing on RXN is advice (Disclaimer).
1About these Terms
These Terms of Use (the Terms) are an agreement between you and RXN, the operator of rxn.gg (RXN, we, us). They govern your access to and use of the website at rxn.gg and every page under it, the RXN desktop and Android apps, the RXN Telegram bot, the RXN MCP server and agent tools, and any other software we make available under the RXN name (together, the Interface).
The Terms incorporate the Risk Disclosure, the Restricted Jurisdictions list and the Disclaimer. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data; they are notices to you, not part of this agreement. Specific features may come with additional rules shown where you use them (for example, the rules of the points season or of the referral programme); if those rules conflict with these Terms, the specific rules apply to that feature.
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; if a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
2Accepting the Terms
By accessing or using the Interface — including by connecting a wallet, approving the RXN key, or signing any message or transaction through it — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, and that you use the Interface on your own initiative and at your own risk. If you do not accept them, do not use the Interface.
If you use the Interface on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that entity.
3Who may use RXN
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- you are not located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction listed on the Restricted Jurisdictions page, and you are not acting for or on behalf of anyone who is;
- you are not a person or entity named on, or owned or controlled by a person named on, any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals list), the European Union, the United Kingdom, Ukraine or any other applicable authority (a Sanctioned Person);
- you meet the eligibility requirements of every third-party protocol or venue you reach through the Interface (see Third-party services); and
- your use of the Interface does not breach any law or regulation that applies to you.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of the place where you are. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility, and we may refuse or end your access if we believe you are not eligible.
4Restricted jurisdictions
The Interface is not offered to anyone in the jurisdictions listed on the Restricted Jurisdictions page. In summary:
- the whole Interface: the United States of America and its territories, and Ontario (Canada);
- perpetual futures, other derivatives and prediction markets: the rest of Canada, and the United Kingdom;
- jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea and Sevastopol, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics and the other Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine; and Russia and Belarus to the extent sanctions apply to you or to the service;
- any jurisdiction excluded by a venue you would reach through RXN, under that venue’s own terms.
By using the Interface you represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident in or incorporated in any of these jurisdictions for the part of the Interface it excludes, that you are not a Sanctioned Person, and that you are not using a VPN, proxy or any other means to get around these restrictions. If that changes, you must stop using the affected part of the Interface. Any use in breach of this section is at your sole risk and responsibility.
5What RXN is — and what it is not
RXN is a non-custodial software interface. It shows public market data and prepares orders and transactions for you. Orders on Hyperliquid are signed in your browser — by your wallet, or by the RXN key your wallet approved — and sent from your browser directly to Hyperliquid, which executes them. Swaps, bridges and deposits are transactions you sign with your own wallet and that Relay carries out.
In particular, RXN:
- does not hold, control or have access to your funds on Hyperliquid or in your wallet, or to your wallet’s private keys or seed phrase;
- does not execute, match, clear or settle your orders — Hyperliquid and the other venues you choose do that, under their own rules;
- does not take the other side of your trades and does not run the markets you trade, including markets created by third parties on Hyperliquid (HIP-3) or by prediction-market venues;
- does not give personal recommendations, does not owe you any fiduciary duty, and does not assess whether any market, position or strategy is suitable for you.
Prediction markets through AGG work differently. To trade them, you deposit funds to a balance that AGG (Snag Solutions, Inc.) holds for you under its own terms, at a deposit address it gives you. While you are signed in, RXN’s server passes the orders and withdrawals you request to AGG using your session; a withdrawal goes only to the wallet you signed in with. Funds in that balance are not on Hyperliquid or in your wallet: their safety depends on AGG and the venues it uses, and you withdraw them through AGG.
Because RXN does not hold your funds, we cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction executed by a venue or a blockchain, recover lost keys, or restore funds sent to a wrong address.
6Your wallet and the RXN key
You connect your own wallet to use the Interface. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its private keys and seed phrase, the device and browser you use, and every action signed with them. RXN will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who asks for them in RXN’s name is attempting fraud.
To trade on Hyperliquid without signing every order in your wallet, you may turn on the RXN key. The RXN key is created in your browser and stored there, encrypted, under a key your browser does not let anyone export (for the one exception, see the Cookie Policy); RXN keeps no copy on any server. Your wallet then approves it on Hyperliquid as an API (agent) wallet for the period you choose, at most 7 days, after which it stops working by itself.
RXN’s software uses the RXN key only to place, modify and cancel orders, close positions and change leverage on your account. Hyperliquid does not let an API wallet withdraw funds to an external address. It can, however, sign other actions on your account, and anyone who obtains an active RXN key — for example through access to your unlocked device and browser — could trade your account — including trades that deliberately move value from your account to theirs, for example by trading against you in an illiquid market. Protect your device as you would a password. You can turn the key off in the Interface or revoke it on Hyperliquid at any time.
Before you approve the RXN key, your wallet also approves RXN’s builder fee on Hyperliquid up to a maximum rate (see Fees). You can revoke that approval on Hyperliquid at any time; you will then not be able to place orders through RXN.
Signatures and transactions you make through the Interface are yours. Check what your wallet asks you to sign before you sign it.
7Third-party protocols and services
The Interface gives you access to protocols, venues and services that RXN does not own, operate or control, including:
| Service | What it does through RXN |
|---|---|
| Hyperliquid | The blockchain and order books on which your perpetual futures, spot and HIP-4 outcome orders are executed, margined, liquidated and settled; your account and funds live there. |
| HIP-3 market deployers | Third parties that create and run perpetual markets on Hyperliquid for stocks, indices, commodities, FX and other references, including their oracles, limits and halts. |
| AGG (Snag Solutions, Inc.) | Holds the balance you deposit to trade prediction markets and routes your orders to the venues it lists, under its own terms and sign-in. |
| Prediction venues reached through AGG | The venues AGG routes to on this deployment: Kalshi, Polymarket, Limitless, Opinion, Predict, Pred, Tiprun, Probable, Myriad, Novig, ProphetX, BetDEX. Some are sports and event exchanges. They run the markets, decide how they resolve and settle, and set who may trade them. |
| Relay | Quotes and carries out the swaps, bridges and deposits on rxn.gg/bridge and in the deposit window, through its solvers and on-chain venues (including 0x and Jupiter routes). |
| Wallets, WalletConnect, Unit and public blockchain nodes | Hold your keys, carry the connection to your wallet, provide deposit addresses for some assets, and read balances. |
Your use of each of these is governed by its own terms, policies and eligibility rules, which you must read and accept separately. RXN does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any third-party service, its availability, its security, the accuracy of its data, or how it executes, resolves or settles your orders. Any dispute you have about a third-party service is between you and that service.
8Fees
RXN shows the fees of an action before you sign it. The fees RXN itself charges are:
| Where | RXN’s fee | How it is charged |
|---|---|---|
| Orders on Hyperliquid (perps, spot, HIP-4) | 0,02% of the order’s value; 0,005% on HIP-3 markets in growth mode; 0,01% (or the market’s own rate, if lower) on post-only orders of a chase or scale; 0% on other post-only orders | A builder fee that Hyperliquid adds to the order and pays to RXN’s builder address 0x4480dcf81d177a4295b4ff32393ebeda35bb02e2. Your wallet approves a maximum rate of 0,05%; RXN cannot charge more than the rate you approved. |
| Swaps on rxn.gg/bridge | 0,2% of the amount sent | An app fee included in Relay’s quote, shown before you sign. |
| Bridges on rxn.gg/bridge | 0,1% of the amount sent | An app fee included in Relay’s quote, shown before you sign. |
| Deposits into your Hyperliquid account | None | RXN adds no fee to a deposit. |
| Prediction-market buys through AGG | The rate stated in the quote before you confirm (currently 0,5% of the amount) | Charged by AGG on RXN’s behalf as part of the order. Sells carry no RXN fee. |
These fees are in addition to the fees of the venues and networks themselves — for example Hyperliquid’s trading fees (for perps on its base tier, 0,045% for orders that take liquidity and 0,015% for orders that add it; spot, HIP-3 and HIP-4 markets have their own schedules), funding payments, liquidation fees, Relay’s and solvers’ fees, gas, and the fees of prediction venues. Those are set by them, not by RXN.
We may change our fees for the future. A change applies only to actions you sign after it is shown in the Interface, and the builder fee on Hyperliquid can never exceed the maximum rate your wallet approved. Fees paid are not refundable, except where the law requires.
9Features
Guard. Guard places a protective stop with each position you open, by default. It is a tool, not a guarantee: a stop executes as a market order when triggered and can fill at a worse price, or not protect you at all, in fast or gapping markets or when Hyperliquid or the Interface is unavailable.
Practice. Practice mode lets you trade with a simulated balance of $10.000 on live prices. It is kept only in your browser, involves no real funds, and its results do not show what would happen with real orders (see Risk Disclosure).
Agents and automation. You may let software — your own, an AI assistant through the RXN MCP server, or an agent listed on rxn.gg/agents — trade your account through a key you approve on Hyperliquid and within limits you sign. You remain fully responsible for every order such software places. Agents listed by other users are theirs: RXN shows the data it can read about them, but does not vet, endorse or guarantee any agent, and an agent’s creator may receive 30% of the RXN fees paid by runs of their agent.
Points, leaderboards and seasons. Points reward activity on RXN under the rules of each season. Points have no monetary value, are not property, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not a promise of any payment, distribution or other benefit. We may change the rules, adjust or remove points obtained in breach of these Terms (for example through wash trading or multiple accounts), or end a season at any time. Leaderboards are computed from public Hyperliquid data and show wallet addresses.
Referrals and partners. A partner who invites traders may receive 25% of the RXN fees those traders pay for 12 months, under the programme rules shown on rxn.gg/referrals. Partners act on their own behalf, not as RXN’s agents or representatives; they must not give investment advice, must not make financial promotions where the law regulates them, and must follow the programme rules. Self-referral, spam, misleading promotion and any promotion in a restricted jurisdiction are not allowed, and we may withhold or reverse amounts obtained that way. We may require identity and sanctions checks before paying any partner or agent creator.
Share cards, alerts and the Telegram bot. Cards you share, alerts and bot messages are for information only and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
10Content you publish
Agent listings, their descriptions and strategies, and the cards you share are yours. You are responsible for them, confirm you have the right to publish them, and give RXN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and distribute them in the Interface for as long as they are published. They must not be unlawful, misleading, or a promise of returns.
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaches these Terms to hello@rxn.gg, with “Report” in the subject, the address of the content and the reason. We review reports diligently and may remove content or restrict an account’s features; when we do, we tell the person who published it why, where we can reach them, and they may reply to the same address to contest it. That address is also our single point of contact for authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act.
11Prohibited use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- use the Interface in breach of any law or regulation, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, securities, derivatives, gambling and consumer-protection laws;
- use the Interface from, or for anyone in, a restricted jurisdiction, or use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide where you are;
- manipulate any market, including by wash trading, spoofing, layering, pumping, front-running, or trading prediction markets on non-public information;
- farm points, referral shares or other rewards by trading with yourself, using multiple wallets or accounts to gain rewards, or any other artificial activity;
- use proceeds of crime, or use the Interface to launder money or finance terrorism;
- attack, overload, probe or disrupt the Interface or any service it connects to, introduce malicious code, or exploit any bug other than to report it to us (see Contact);
- scrape or access the Interface by automated means in a way that harms it or other users, except through the APIs and tools we offer for that purpose and within their limits;
- impersonate RXN, its team or anyone else, or use RXN’s name or brand in a misleading way; or
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
12Intellectual property
The Interface, its design, text, graphics and the RXN name and marks belong to RXN or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Interface for its intended purpose.
Parts of RXN’s code are published as open source under their own licences; those licences govern your use of that code. Names, logos and tickers of third parties (for example companies whose stocks are referenced by HIP-3 markets) belong to their owners and are used only to identify the market; their use does not mean those owners endorse or are connected to RXN.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13Risks
Using the Interface involves serious risks, described in the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms. You confirm that you understand them, that you use the Interface at your own risk, and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
14No advice
Nothing in the Interface — including market data, prices, charts, calculators, Guard levels, leaderboards, agent statistics, blog articles, posts on X or Telegram, and anything our team says — is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or other advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell anything. See the Disclaimer.
15Availability, changes and suspension
We may change, add or remove any part of the Interface, and it may be unavailable, slow or wrong at times, for maintenance, outages of Hyperliquid or other services, or other reasons. We may pause new orders through the Interface, restrict features, or block access — in general, in particular places, or for particular wallets — at any time and without notice, including to comply with law or sanctions or to protect users.
Funds in your Hyperliquid account can always be managed on Hyperliquid’s own interface or any other compatible interface, even when RXN is unavailable; keep a way to do so. Funds you deposited with AGG can be withdrawn only through AGG or an interface it supports, and RXN being unavailable may delay that.
We may end or suspend your access to the Interface if you breach these Terms or if we believe that is required by law.
16Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security or freedom from errors or harmful components. We do not warrant that the Interface or any data it shows will be accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted, or that any order will be executed as you expect.
17Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RXN and the people who operate, build and contribute to it, and their affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or trading opportunities, or for any loss of digital assets, arising out of or in connection with the Interface, these Terms, any third-party service, any blockchain or protocol, any market movement, liquidation or failed or delayed order, or any unauthorised access to your wallet or device — even if we were told such loss was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Interface or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to RXN in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the limits above do not apply to the extent your local law does not allow them, and we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
18Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate RXN for any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
19Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to orders, swaps or other transactions whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets that we cannot control, or to a service fully performed at your request. Using the Interface itself is free of charge.
20Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your transactions. RXN does not provide tax reports or tax advice and does not withhold taxes for you.
21Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Interface, including non-contractual ones, are governed by the rules of law that the arbitral tribunal determines to be appropriate under Article 35 of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, having regard to these Terms and to the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Before starting any proceedings, you agree to write to us at hello@rxn.gg with “Dispute” in the subject, describing your claim, and to negotiate with us in good faith for at least 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved, it will be finally resolved by arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force when the arbitration starts. The appointing authority is the Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. There will be one arbitrator, the language will be English, hearings may be held online, and the tribunal will determine the seat. To the extent permitted by law, claims will be brought and decided individually, not as a class, collective or representative action.
Either of us may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court, or ask a competent court for urgent interim relief. If you are a consumer, this arbitration agreement binds you only if you accept it after the dispute has arisen; you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
22Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for a material change, show a notice in the Interface before it takes effect. Changes apply from the date stated and do not affect anything you signed before. If you keep using the Interface after a change takes effect, you accept the changed Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Interface.
23General
These Terms, with the documents they incorporate, are the whole agreement between you and RXN about the Interface. If any part of them is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure or delay to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Interface. Sections that by their nature should survive the end of these Terms (including fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes) survive it.
24Contact
Questions about these Terms: hello@rxn.gg or Telegram @pavlutsky89. Formal legal notices: by email to hello@rxn.gg with “Legal notice” in the subject. See Contact.
