要点
- Email hello@rxn.gg — for anything, and for everything that needs a record.
- Telegram @pavlutsky89 — for quick questions. On X we are @rxn_gg.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send funds. Anyone who does is not RXN.
1Help and support
Write to hello@rxn.gg or on Telegram to @pavlutsky89. Tell us your wallet address (never your key), what you did, what you expected and what happened, and add screenshots if you can. Remember that RXN cannot move, reverse or recover your funds: for anything executed on Hyperliquid or another venue, we can explain what happened, but the venue’s rules decide the outcome. The Docs explain how RXN works.
2Partners and business
For partnerships, integrations, market listings, the referral and ambassador programme, and agents: hello@rxn.gg with “Partners” in the subject, or Telegram @pavlutsky89. See also Referrals.
3Press and investors
Journalists, analysts and investors: hello@rxn.gg with “Press” or “Investors” in the subject. Live figures about RXN — volume, fees, markets — are on rxn.gg and in public Hyperliquid data.
4Security reports
If you find a vulnerability in RXN, email hello@rxn.gg with “Security” in the subject and enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it publicly, do not access or change other people’s data or funds, do not disrupt the service, and test only against your own wallet and with small amounts. We will not take legal action against research carried out in good faith under these rules. This does not authorise testing of Hyperliquid, AGG, Relay or any other third party, whose own rules apply.
5Privacy requests
To exercise your rights under the Privacy Policy, write to hello@rxn.gg with “Privacy” in the subject. We may ask you to sign a message with your wallet to show that an address is yours.
6Legal notices
Formal legal notices to RXN: by email to hello@rxn.gg with “Legal notice” in the subject.
7Official channels
RXN’s only website is rxn.gg. Our only accounts are those linked from it: X @rxn_gg, Telegram @pavlutsky89 and the RXN bot linked on rxn.gg/apps. Check the address before you connect a wallet or sign anything, and report impersonation to hello@rxn.gg.
