1General

This Risk Disclosure describes the main risks of using RXN. It cannot list every risk. Trading perpetual futures, prediction markets and digital assets is highly speculative and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose all of the funds you trade with. RXN does not know your situation and does not assess whether any product or trade is suitable for you.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. If you are unsure, do not trade, and seek independent professional advice.

Every decision is your own. RXN does not ask, encourage or require you to trade, does not decide anything for you and does not give financial advice. Each order, deposit, swap and prediction is made on your own initiative, and you alone bear its result. RXN is non-custodial: we do not hold your funds. They are in your own Hyperliquid account or wallet, or, if you deposit to trade prediction markets, with AGG under its terms (see Prediction markets). To the maximum extent permitted by law, RXN is not liable for your trading losses (see the Terms).

2Leverage

Perpetual futures (perps) let you hold a position larger than your margin. RXN offers up to the maximum leverage Hyperliquid allows on each market and asks for one extra confirmation above 20×. The higher the leverage, the smaller the price move that wipes out your margin: at 10× a move of about 10% against you can cost all of it; at 40× about 2.5%. Leverage magnifies losses exactly as it magnifies gains.

3Margin and liquidation

If your account’s equity falls below the maintenance margin Hyperliquid requires, Hyperliquid liquidates your position — partly or wholly — at market prices, and you lose the margin used. In cross margin, losses on one position can use the margin of your other positions and lead to their liquidation too. Hyperliquid may also reduce profitable positions automatically (auto-deleveraging) when its backstop cannot absorb a liquidation. The liquidation price shown by RXN is an estimate; the actual one depends on Hyperliquid’s mark price, funding and fees.

Guard and other stop orders are triggered by Hyperliquid’s mark price and then execute as market orders. In fast, illiquid or gapping markets they can fill far from the stop price, and a position can be liquidated before or after a stop triggers. A stop that has not reached Hyperliquid — because your connection, the RXN key or the Interface failed — does not protect you.

4Funding

Perps pay funding between longs and shorts every hour. The rate changes with the market and can be large, especially on new, thinly traded or closed-market (HIP-3) assets. Funding is paid or received for as long as you hold a position and can turn a winning position into a losing one.

5Volatility, liquidity and execution

Prices of digital assets and of the markets referencing stocks, commodities and currencies can move sharply and without warning. Order books can be thin: market orders and large orders can fill at worse prices than shown (slippage), orders may fill only partly or not at all, and spreads can widen. Prices shown in RXN may be delayed. Hyperliquid may reject, cancel or delay orders under its own rules.

6HIP-3 markets: stocks, indices, commodities, FX and pre-IPO

Many markets in RXN — for example those referencing NVIDIA, Tesla, the S&P 500, gold, oil or currencies — are perps created by third parties under Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 standard. They carry extra risks:

• They are not the underlying asset. You do not own any share, commodity or currency, and have no dividends, votes or other rights. The markets are not issued, sponsored or endorsed by the companies or exchanges they reference.
• Their deployer sets the rules. The deployer chooses the oracle, leverage limits, fees and collateral, and may halt, settle or close the market under Hyperliquid’s rules — possibly at a price you would not choose. Hyperliquid’s validators can also delist a market and settle open positions at a price they decide.
• They trade when the home market is closed — at night, on weekends and on holidays. The price then comes from the deployer’s oracle without the reference market trading, and can jump when that market reopens. Liquidity is often thinner and funding higher at those times.
• Pre-IPO and private-company markets reference valuations that are not publicly traded and can be hard to verify.
• Collateral may be a stablecoin other than USDC, with its own risk.

7Oracles and prices

Mark prices, oracle prices and funding rates come from Hyperliquid, its validators and market deployers, which take them from external sources. Those sources can be wrong, delayed, manipulated or unavailable, and a wrong price can trigger liquidations or stops. RXN does not control or correct these prices.

8Prediction markets

RXN gives access to outcome markets on Hyperliquid (HIP-4) and, through AGG, to the markets of the venues listed in the Terms. A prediction position pays only if the outcome you chose happens as the venue decides; otherwise you lose the whole amount paid. Each prediction order through AGG is limited to $25, fees included.

• Each venue decides how and when its markets resolve, using its own rules and sources, and resolutions can be disputed, delayed, reversed or decided in a way you consider wrong.
• Venues can halt, cancel or void markets, and markets can be illiquid, so you may not be able to sell before resolution or get the price shown.
• AGG routes your order to a venue and may need to move funds between chains to do so; that adds the risks of the venue, of AGG and of bridging (see Bridges, swaps and deposits).
• Prediction markets, including sports and event contracts, are regulated, restricted or treated as gambling in many places. Do not use them where they are not allowed; each venue also limits who may use it (see Restricted Jurisdictions).
• Funds you deposit with AGG are held by AGG, not on Hyperliquid or in your wallet; if AGG or a venue it uses fails, is hacked or stops serving you, you may lose them or be unable to withdraw.

9Bridges, swaps and deposits

Swaps, bridges and deposits on rxn.gg/bridge and in the deposit window are carried out by Relay and its solvers and on-chain venues. Cross-chain transfers can be delayed, fail, get stuck or be refunded in another asset or on another chain; a quote can change or expire before it executes; prices can move during a transfer; and a transfer sent to a wrong address, chain or token may be lost for good. The smart contracts, solvers, bridges and tokens involved can have bugs or be attacked. RXN checks the routes it is given, but cannot guarantee any transfer.

10Smart contracts, protocols and blockchains

Hyperliquid, its HyperCore and HyperEVM, the bridges to it, and every other protocol RXN connects to rely on software and validators that may contain bugs, be exploited, halt, fork, be upgraded or change their rules — through decisions RXN does not take part in. Stablecoins such as USDC can lose their peg or be frozen by their issuer. Network congestion can delay or block transactions. Any of these can cause loss of funds.

11Wallets, keys and security

If you lose your seed phrase or private key, or someone else obtains it, you can lose your funds permanently; nobody, including RXN, can recover them. Phishing sites, fake apps, malicious browser extensions and messages impersonating RXN are common: use only rxn.gg and the links on it, check what your wallet asks you to sign, and remember that RXN will never ask for your seed phrase. While the RXN key is active, anyone using your unlocked browser can trade with it — including trades that deliberately move value from your account to theirs — but cannot withdraw to another address.

12Agents, bots and automation

Software that trades for you — an AI assistant through the RXN MCP server, an agent from rxn.gg/agents, a grid, chase or scale order, or your own bot — can misread data, misbehave, react too late or too often, or keep trading in conditions it was not designed for. Limits you set reduce but do not remove the risk: prices can gap past a stop and losses can exceed a limit. Statistics shown about an agent describe its past and do not predict its future. You are responsible for every order such software places on your account.

13Practice is not reality

Practice mode uses live prices with a simulated balance. Its fills, fees, funding, slippage, liquidity and liquidations are simplified and do not show how real orders would have executed. Success in practice does not mean you will succeed with real money.

14Information and tools

Charts, calculators, liquidation estimates, screeners, Guard levels, leaderboards, PnL cards, agent statistics, alerts, articles and posts may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Use them as one input among others and check important figures on Hyperliquid itself.

15Availability of RXN

RXN, Hyperliquid’s public API or a third-party service can be unavailable, slow or wrong at the moment you need it, and RXN may pause new orders. Funds in your Hyperliquid account remain there, and you can manage them through Hyperliquid’s own interface or another compatible one; make sure you know how to do so before you need it. Funds held by AGG depend on AGG’s own availability (see Prediction markets).

16Legal, regulatory and tax

The legal status of perps, prediction markets and digital assets differs between countries and is changing. A change in law or enforcement can restrict your access, force positions to be closed or affect what your assets are worth. Your transactions may have tax consequences that you are responsible for.

17Points and rewards

Points and rewards have no monetary value, can change or end, and are not a promise of any payment or other benefit. Do not trade more, or take more risk, to earn them.
