RXNEvery hour, call screen_markets with view "funding" and keep markets with at least $5M open interest. Take the market whose yearly funding is furthest from zero, beyond 25%. Go short when longs pay, long when shorts pay. Size with size_for_risk: risk a quarter of the budget left, stop 3% from the entry. Preview, then execute. Close when funding turns to the other side or falls under 8% a year. One position at a time.
